CATERING MENU These are pictures from a recent Rendezvous catering event at Quail Ridge Park for the O'Fallon Chamber of Commerce:
Menu consisted of chicken in a white wine sauce with cheese and dressing on the top, au gratin potatoes, vegetable medley, parisienne salad, baguettes and of course, an assortment of our famous cupcakes!! Here is a comment from the Chamber: The O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce truly enjoyed the opportunity to have Rendezvous Café and Wine Bar cater our June General Tamara Christian This is our catering menu. It is just a glimpse of the many options we can provide for you. If you do not see something you would like, give us a call or email and we will gladly work you up a price! Please call, pricing can change at any time. Rendezvous Breakfast Box Breakfast croissant, egg casserole or quiche, served with your choice of muffin or fruit cup - $7.49 per person/minimum of 8. Whole quiche - $14.99 Party Platter A variety of ten of our sandwiches cut in half and served on a platter - $49.99 Boxed Lunches Includes your choice of salad, sandwich or the half and half with chips, pickle and cookie. - $9.95 per person/minimum of 8.* *Add $1.00 up charge for the Frenchman, Pretzel Club and Portobello. Does not include fish sandwich. Salad choices: Zesty Asian Salad Mixed greens tossed with mandarin oranges, crumbled bleu cheese, crispy candied pecans and red onions. Served with orange-sesame ginger dressing and toasted focaccia. A bed of fresh mixed greens, chopped walnuts, strawberries, red onion, and crumbled goat cheese. Served with raspberry vinaigrette and toasted focaccia. Delicious! Authentic Greek Salad Romaine lettuce, sliced cucumber, quartered artichoke hearts, sliced red onion and yellow peppers topped with crumbled Feta cheese and kalamata olives. Served with champagne vinaigrette and toasted focaccia. Rendezvous Caesar Crispy romaine lettuce, croutons, freshly grated Parmesan cheese tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing. Served with toasted focaccia. Add Chicken to any salad - $1.50. *Ask about customized pricing. Sandwich choices: Our sandwiches are made with only the finest ingredients: artisan breads, quality assured meats and fine imported and domestic cheeses. The Munich, The Big Apple, The Frenchman and The Turkey Wrap come prepared Panini style unless you specify otherwise. The Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad and Veggie Wrap are served chilled...unless you prefer them grilled. BLT Our take on the traditional BLT; Applewood bacon, tomato, lettuce with our thyme mayo. Served on wheat bread. The Munich Thinly sliced ham topped with natural Swiss cheese with stone ground mustard dijonnaise and lettuce and tomato on the side. Served on marble rye. Our favorite Panini! Smoked turkey breast, bacon, Granny Smith apple slices, provolone cheese and stone ground mustard dijonnaise. Served on focaccia. The Frenchman Tender slow roasted beef with bleu cheese, caramelized onion and herbed mayonnaise on a crispy baguette. Au jus on the side for dipping. Tuna Salad Sandwich Freshly made tuna salad with lettuce and tomato on the side. Served on a croissant. Chicken Salad Sandwich Tender chicken salad with grapes and pecans. Lettuce and tomato on the side. Served on a croissant. Turkey Wrap Turkey breast, bacon, lettuce and tomato on a spinach tortilla with chipotle mayonnaise. Veggie Wrap Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onions, yellow peppers on a spinach tortilla with champagne vinaigrette. Portobello Mushroom Sautéed Portobello mushrooms, pesto, caramelized onions, tomatoes and provolone. Served on focaccia. Beverages Box of Coffee Choice of Rendezvous Blend (house coffee – regular or decaf), Highlander Grog, Créme Brulee, Hazelnut or Kenya AA. - $29.95. Comes with sugar, creamer, cups and stirrers.
