Aug 9 - Hot August Nights! No Cook Recipes to Keep You Cool during the Dog Days of Summer!
Join Chef Lauren as show shows you great recipes that don't require cooking! You will be making heirloom Tomato "Gazpacho" with Chunky basil Guacamole, Carrot & Jicama Slaw with Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette, and Scallop Ceviche. $35pp for the class and your meal! RSVP required.
Sep 13 - Back to School - Back to Family Dinners!
Join Rosalie Harpole for a "hands on" class with great family favorites such as Chicken Pot Pie, Battered Onion Rings, Fried Apples with Cinnamon Sauce and Heath Bar Chocolate Cake! $35pp includes your class and your meal! RSVP required.
Sep 27 - FRENCH COOKING PAIRED WITH FRENCH WINES!!!! Join Chef Lauren for a fantastic "hands on" class. You will experience a "hands on class", French food and French wine for $45pp. RSV required.
OCT 11 - GLUTEN FREE COOKING CLASS!! More and more people are vchoosing to limit gluten in their diet. Some of us have no choice. What is gluten and how can you eliminate it while still enjoying great food. Chef Lauren will share secrets from her own kitchen on how to make almost anything Gluten Free. Recipes will include: Gluten Free Pizza (that really tastes like pizza!), gluten free sauces and gluten free muffins. Recipes shared in this class will NEVER be posted on the MealThymes website or otherwise electronically distributed. You must attend this class to receive copies of the recipes. Due to higher cost of gluten free ingredients this class is higher than usual. $45 pp RSVP
NOV 8 - PASTRY 101 - Four, butter, salt and/or sugar are the primary ingredients in all pastry. How you mix them and what else you add to them will result in different doughs and entirely different desserts. Come learn tricks for making your own pastry and how to adapt these ingredients to achieve spectacular results. Recipes will include: quick puff pastry doug, classic French pate brisee (pie crust) and traditional Pate a Chous. We will fill each of these with sweet and savory concoctions so you can sample the versatility these doughs will give your own culinary repertoire. Class and samples inlcudes. $35pp RSVP
DEC 13 - HOLIDAY BAKING WITH ROSALIE! Join cookbook author, Rosalie Harpole, for a fun class on Holiday Baking. Your menu will consist of Chicken Pot Pie, Honeycomb Peanut Brittle, Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies, Cream of Coconut cake and Rosalie's Apple Dumplings!!! Class includes "hands on" cooking and your meal! $35pp RSVP
JAN 24 - COUPLES COOKING CLASS. Cooking together is a great way to spend time with each other, stay close and have a lot of fun. Recipes shared will be for two, but you can adapt them to serve more if you want. Complete course information and recipes coming soon! This will make a great Christmas gift!!

* Enrollment is on a first come basis. Register in person, email or by telephone. * Payment for class must be received within three days of registering. * Requests for refunds or transfers to another class will be honored if the Cafe is notified four days prior to the class. * If the Cafe is not notified of cancellation, you will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged.
