NEW CHEF TO TEACH COOKING CLASSES!!!!!!

Let's give a big welcome to Executive Chef, Michael Lee, who has 25 year's experience in the food and beverage industry, ranging from fine dining to corporate dining to catering.  Food stylings are classical French, as well as holding a certificate in Asian cuisine and ice sculpting!!!

Michael's career has taken him abroad to 3 continents, working and learning different ethnic and native traditions.  Michael brings passions and no nonsensability to teach and heighten one's culinary intellect.

FIRST FRIDAY OF EACH MONTH - "CREATE YOUR OWN PASTA NIGHT"!!  Chef Michael will be conducting a "Create Your Own Pasta Night".  He'll have all the ingredients - you tell him what combination you want!!!!  Call to verify please.

Feb 13th - Valentine - Couples Cooking

Welcome back to Rosalie Harpole, the St. Louis cookbook author who has taught classes at Rendezvous in the past.  Here is her Valentine Themed - Couples Cooking!  You will be making Italian Breaded Chicken Rolls stuffed with spinach, proscuitto and provel cheese, Fettuccine Alfredo, Insalata Caprese Salad and Chocolate Cream Filled Cupcakes!!!  $35pp  RSVP required.

Mar 12th - Greek Cuisine

Join Chef Michael for a "hands on" that is perfect for Spring Time.  You will enjoy making and tasting Roasted Vegetable Orzo with Roasted Spring Vegetables, Pinwheel of Spanakopita (lemon, feta and spnach rolled in phyllo dough) and Chicken Saltimbocca (stuffed chicken breast with fontina cheese, prosciutto, lemon and sage)!  $35pp  RSVP required.

Mar 26th - Bring On Spring

Join local cookbook author, Rosalie Harpole, as she welcomes in Spring.  You will be cooking Chicken Pot Pie with Veggies cooked in a Creamy Sauce, Southern Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette, Melt-in-Your Mouth Yeast Rolls and Banana Supreme Cake with Candied Walnuts.  $35pp  RSVP required.

Apr 16 - Light & Healthy

Join Chef Michael for a "hands on" cooking class.  You will be preparing a grapefruit and blood orange sald with a blood orange vinaigrette, fresh asparagus, poached salmon in a white wine fume stock, finished with a fresh green goddess yogurt sauce and homemade country strawberry shortcake with grand Marnier whip cream.  $35pp  RSVP

May 21 - Grilling Class

Join Chef Michael as you prepare Marinated Vegetable Kebobs, Bourbon Glazed Reduction Pork Tenderloin with Grilled Roasted Apples and Pineapple Chutney and Espresso Rub Chicken Wines.  $35pp

Jun 11 - Make Your Own Sushi

Join Chef Michael for a "hands on" cooking class.  You will be preparing Enori Salad with Soba Noodles, Seaweed and Chilies.  You will also be making California Roll and Spicy Tuna Sushi.  $35pp

*CLASS PROCEDURES & POLICIES

*  Enrollment is on a first come basis.  Register in person, email or by telephone.
*  Payment for class must be received within three days of registering.
*  Requests for refunds or transfers to another class will be honored if the Cafe is notified four days prior to the class.
*  If the Cafe is not notified of cancellation, you will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged.
*  If it snows, call the Cafe to see if the class is being held or rescheduled.
