Please RSVP for events noted with an RSVP.  We are taking nonrefundable deposits at time of booking.  We apologize, but have had too many people not show up for tastings when they did RSVP, while turning away others because we thought we were full and had no room for them!  We have checked out other wine tastings in town and found out they are doing the same thing.  We appreciate all of you who do show up and hope you enjoy the educational and fun tastings and other events!

Sep 6 - WINE PAIRED DINNER - Join Tom and Steph as they host another 4 course Wine Paired Dinner with extras.  Dinner will start with a welcome Leonardini Asti upon arrival.  First course is Fontina Risotto Cakes with Fresh Chives and Veramonte Sauvignon Blanc from Chile, Heirloom Tomator Napoleon with Parmesan Chips and Herb Salad with Vernaccia Di San Gimignano from Italy, Chardonnay Sorbet, and your choice of Shrimp/Crab Boil with potatoes, corn and andouille sausage with Burgans Albarino from Spain OR Pork Tenderloin with apple-maple-cognac sauce with Gouda scalloped potatoes and herbed corn with Foris Pinot Noir from Oregon, and hazelnut torte with french vanilla ice cream with Blossom Winery raspberry Wine from Canada.  Call  to make your reservations!!!    $60pp.  6:30PM

Sep 8 - COOKING CLASS - Fall for an Italian Evening with Rosalie.  Rosalie Harpole, Italian cookbook author will conduct a "hands on" cooking class.  Menu will consist of Oven Grilled Chicken with Butter Lemon Sauce, Awesome Potato Salad with Red Wine Vinegar, Golden Fried Cauliflower garnished with Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Butter Bruschetta.  $35pp includes meal and "hands on" cooking.  Please RSVP.  6PM

Sep 9 - WINE EDUCATION SERIES.  Join Linda McGovern, C.S.W., Certified Sommelier, of Major Brands as she educates us on 2 different varietals by tasting 3 wines of each varietal.   This week will be be tasting Rieslings and Merlots.  We will get tasting notes, wines and appetizers for $25pp.  Please RSVP - Space is limited!

Oct. 27 - COOKING CLASS - Cool Nights in Sicily with Rosalie's Italian Cuisine.  Warm up with "cool" Italian Cuisine from Rosalie Serving Italian Cookbook.  Have a fun night and prepare to dine in Sicily!  Menu consists of Italian stuffed mushrooms with crab meat and artichokes, Salmon spinach salad, angel hair pasta with lemon shrimp and asparagus, cherry pie coffee cake with Mascarpone cream filling.  Cost is $35pp and includes your meal and "hands on" cooking class.  Please RSVP! 6PM!!!!!!!
